Let's Brew
a calming herbal tea
Add the dried flowers
- Use 1–2 teaspoons of dried flowers
- Light, fluffy flowers → closer to 2 tsp
- Denser petals → 1 tsp is enough
Heat the water
- Bring fresh water to just before boiling
- Ideal temperature: 90–95°C (don’t aggressively boil—be gentle)
- Pour hot water over the flowers
- Steep for 5–7 minutes
Strain & enjoy
- Strain out the flowers
- Sip slowly, inhale the aroma first

Optional gentle additions (keep it light)
- A drop of raw honey
- A slice of dried lemon peel
- A pinch of cinnamon for warmth (only if you like)
